1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at info@shopelinue.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • All tags and labels must remain attached.
  • Items must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other marks.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Intimates, underwear, and swimwear (if hygiene seal is removed).
  • Earrings and other pierced jewellery.
  • Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards and final sale items (clearly marked at checkout).

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at info@shopelinue.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
  3. Package your item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us immediately at info@shopelinue.com and we will cover the return costs.
