1. Processing Times

United Kingdom (Domestic Shipping)

• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout).

• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
  
• You can track your parcel directly via our courier’s website.
  

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• For orders outside the UK, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply.
  
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
  
• Please check your local customs office for details before placing an order.
  

5. Missed Deliveries & Wrong Address

• If a delivery attempt is missed, your courier will usually leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
  
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Elinue cannot be held liable for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
  

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

• If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@shopelinue.com.
  
• We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
  
• A parcel is considered lost if it has not arrived within 30 days (UK) or 45 days (International). At that point, we will issue a replacement or refund.
  

7. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries under trade restrictions.
